Before bringing any merchandise to market, our engineering team goes through a structured and uniform analysis to ensure the highest quality final product. During this analysis, we carefully determine and select the best possible materials for any application, along with the potential production processes involved. Once the production run is underway our quality control team strictly scrutinizes each and every item to make sure that we minimize the chance for defects of any kind. As a result of our process and tireless concern for quality, we know that once a BikeHard product lands in a warehouse or on a sales floor, it is truly premium in construction.

As a testament to the quality of all our bicycles, we proudly offer a warranty on the frame against defects in manufacture for the life of the original purchaser. Details of frame warranty and care can be found here: bicycle warranty info

As a testament to the quality of our wheels, we proudly offer a warranty on defects in manufacture for 2 years from date of purchase. Details for wheel warranty and care can be found here: wheel warranty info

All other products are warranted against defects in workmanship for 1 years time from date of purchase. Generally speaking, if after all of our testing, our scrutiny during the production processes, our careful selection of materials, and our painstaking work in evaluating each final product before sealing it in its box... we will evaluate and then repair or replace the item at our discretion. Should you need to submit a warranty claim, contact the retailer from which you purchased with a copy of your receipt (showing date of purchase). All authorized BikeHard retailers are approved as warranty claim centers.
