The BikeHard Urbanite Pro pedal set is constructed with the latest in technological innovation to produce the most versatile pedals that can be affixed to a bicycle. Conveniently designed to work with both standard footwear and cycling specific shoes, one side is a platform and the other has an SPD compatible clipless system. An aerospace grade 6061 Aluminum body is extruded to optimal shape, then CNC machined to relieve every possibly gram removable. Integrated through the center is a CNC machined CR-Mo steel axle that rolls on sealed bushings and bearings. On the flat side, 8 replaceable traction pins ensure confident foot placement; on the engagement side, a micro-adjustable SPD clipless system adjustable for tension desired. Weighing in at 320 grams, it is one of the lightest dual use pedals manufactured and is suitable for all bicycles, including hybrids, comfort bikes, road bikes, mountain bikes, cruisers.
