All other products are warranted against defects in workmanship for 1 years time from date of purchase. Generally speaking, if after all of our testing, our scrutiny during the production processes, our careful selection of materials, and our painstaking work in evaluating each final product before sealing it in its box... we will evaluate and then repair or replace the item at our discretion. Should you need to submit a warranty claim, contact the retailer from which you purchased with a copy of your receipt (showing date of purchase). All authorized BikeHard retailers are approved as warranty claim centers.
